The projects presented here represent an in-progress selection of work spanning over 15 years of studying and practicing architecture. During this time, I had the privilege of contributing to a wide variety of designs, many of which were completed in collaboration with esteemed local design firms. These projects are credited appropriately to highlight the collective effort and expertise that shaped their success.
In 2020, my journey took a more personal turn as I embarked on a significant home renovation and new build project. This transformative experience reignited my passion for hands-on, community-focused design and inspired me to explore smaller, more intimate projects independently. This portfolio reflects the evolution of my architectural journey—rooted in collaboration, shaped by experience, and driven by a commitment to thoughtful, localized design.

Small-scale projects with a high personal impact are where my true passion lies. There's something incredibly fulfilling about taking a neighbor’s vision for their home and helping them transform it into a tangible reality. Whether it's a simple remodel to refresh a space or an ambitious ground-up design that requires a completely new approach, I find great joy in being a part of that journey. What excites me most is the opportunity to work closely with clients from the very beginning—understanding their ideas, aspirations, and needs—and then guiding them through every phase of the design process. From initial sketches and plans to managing construction, I thrive in the details, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. The personal connections that come from working on homes within the community make these projects even more meaningful, and seeing a completed design that truly enhances a family’s life is the ultimate reward.

With over 12 years of experience as a professional architect and designer, primarily working at NBBJ Architects in Seattle, I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in large, complex commercial projects that have honed my technical skills and broadened my design perspective. During my career, I’ve been involved in everything from high-rise office buildings and mixed-use developments to intricate public spaces. These projects often come with unique challenges—ranging from stringent building codes and sustainability requirements to managing large teams and coordinating with contractors and engineers. Navigating these complexities has taught me how to balance innovative design with practical functionality while maintaining a strong focus on budget, timeline, and regulatory compliance. My experience working on such large-scale commercial ventures has not only sharpened my technical expertise but also refined my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
